Cheong Wa Dae is sending 200 tons of tangerines to North Korea today.
Packed in 20,000 boxes, the fruit is a gift in return for the North's mushrooms in September, after President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un held their latest summit in Pyongyang.
According to the presidential office, the tangerines from Jeju were chosen as they are in season here in the South, but rare in the North.■
