South Korean director Bong Joon-ho and actor Song Kang-ho are set to take part in a global online film festival on YouTube.
American film industry and review website IndieWire reported Tuesday that Bong and Song will join the "We Are One: A Global Film Festival," which is set to get under way on Friday for 10 days.
A total of 31 films and 72 short films from 35 countries will be screened and 15 discussions will be held.
Other world-renowned directors that will participate in the event include Francis Ford Coppola, Guillermo del Toro and Claire Denis.
The event comes as major international film festivals have been canceled or postponed this year due to COVID-19.
