Special events will be held during the Busan International Film Festival, which kicks off this week, allowing fans to meet the directors and stars of some 140 local and foreign films.
Organizers of 2020 BIFF announced Monday that the Guest Visit program will run over the course of festival, from this Wednesday to October 30.
The program will be held offline for Korean features, including Yeon Sang-ho's "Peninsula," and online for foreign films due to the coronavirus pandemic.
All face-to-face events will follow strict quarantine guidelines, including mandatory face masks, distancing and temperatures checks, to keep visitors safe.
