A nationwide shopping festival for foreign tourists kicked off today for a 45-day run.
Over 1,100 companies are taking part in the Korea Grand Sale.
This year, the event is based on five themes - K-pop, beauty, food, heritage and winter.
Through February 29, the sale will offer discounts on various goods and services.
They include flight and accommodation markdowns as well as deals at convenience stores.■
