Starbucks Coffee Korea will soon launch delivery services in Seoul on a trial basis.
The company announced Thursday that it will open a delivery-only store in Yeoksam-dong in the Gangnam District on November 27.
Customers will be able to order drinks via the Starbucks app.
The Yeoksam branch will only be able to make deliveries within a 1.5-kilometer radius of the store.
Local startup Barogo will offer its delivery services.
Starbucks said it plans to open another delivery-based store along the Nambu Beltway in Daechi-dong next month and expand to other locations based on demand.
