Internet services across the nation are back online after a massive outage hit KT, causing disruptions for millions of users on Monday.
KT initially said it had been hit by a cyberattck, but later blamed the outage on routing errors, as our Ron Chang reports.

The ICT ministry said it is looking into the outage, which hit both wireless and cable systems operated by KT for around 40 minutes from 11:20 a.m.
It not only affected mobile phone and internet services but also caused connectivity issues for online classes, credit card payments, food delivery and even suspended a world baduk tournament.
KT attributed the outage to routing errors, not a large-scale distributed denial of service or DDoS attack as it had earlier reported.
It is still trying to determine the exact cause.
The company also apologized for any inconvenience users may have faced.
Police have launched their own investigation into the incident, including any potential cyberterrorism links.
