U.S. President Donald Trump says he is open to another summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Voice of America reported that Trump made the comments Tuesday in an interview with Gray Television that's due to air Sunday.
Trump said "I understand they want to meet and we would certainly do that," adding "I would do it if I thought it was going to be helpful."
But in recent days, North Korea has reiterated that it has no intention of sitting down with Washington.
Trump also touted his relationship with leader Kim as being "very good."
Earlier, South Korean President Moon Jae-in said he would like to see Trump and Kim meet again before the U.S. presidential election in November.
