U.S. President Donald Trump has called on Americans to "pray" for the incoming administration.
He made the remark in his farewell message without mentioning his successor, Joe Biden, by name.
Trump said he was proud of what he had achieved over the past four years.

"We did what we came here to do and so much more. This week, we inaugurate a new administration and pray for its success in keeping America safe and prosperous. We extend our best wishes and we also want them to have luck, a very important word."
He is set to leave Washington for Florida early Wednesday morning after a farewell event at Joint Base Andrews.
He will not attend Biden's inauguration, becoming only the fourth president in U.S. history not to be at his successor's swearing-in ceremony.
