President Moon Jae-in visited the National Medical Center in Seoul today to inspect its system of responding to the spread of a new coronavirus.
The state-run hospital is the facility where South Korea's second confirmed patient is being treated.
During the visit, Moon called for quick and thorough preemptive measures to a point it is regarded by the public as rather excessive.■
