At least 237 coronavirus cases are now linked to a cluster in Seoul's popular nightlife district of Itaewon.
The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said four more infections were added Monday.
The cluster has created other mass infections in the capital region, with the KCDC reporting the seventh quinary and first senary case connected to Itaewon.
Health authorities said it is carrying out diagnostic tests on people who recently visited multiuse facilities such as party halls and singing rooms after cases were confirmed at multiple establishments.
In its latest effort to stem the further spread of the virus, officials urged visitors to the Daeyang Oncheon Land in Bucheon on May 17 as well as last Wednesday to get tested.
