President Moon Jae-in has reshuffled his national security team.
The move on Friday comes amid renewed tensions with North Korea.

According to presidential spokesman Kang Min-seok, Moon named former lawmaker Park Jie-won the new head of the National Intelligence Service.
The spy agency's current chief, Suh Hoon, has been tapped as the director of Cheong Wa Dae's National Security Office.
The president also appointed four-term ruling party lawmaker Lee In-young as unification minister.
That post has been vacant for about two weeks since Kim Yeon-chul stepped down to take responsibility for the current state of inter-Korean relations after Pyongyang blew up their joint liason office in Kaesong.
Moon also named his former Chief of Staff Im Jong-seok and Chung Eui-yong, the outgoing director of national security, as special advisers for diplomatic and security affairs.
Chung has held his current position since Moon's inauguration in May 2017.
The unification ministry and spy agency nominees are subject to parliamentary approval.
