Sinpung Station
Seoul Subway Line 7 has resumed operations after one of its trains broke down around noon for an unknown reason.
According to Seoul Metro, the train bound for Bupyeong-gu Office Station suddenly stopped on the track near Sinpung Station, apparently due to a technical glitch.
After being suspended for over an hour and a half, operations finally normalized at 1:35 p.m. after the stalled train was removed.
The subway operator has apologized for causing inconveniences to passengers and said it will make efforts to prevent a recurrence.■
