A new cluster of coronavirus infections has emerged from the Yeouido area in Seoul, involving members of a car club.
The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said as of noon Wednesday, five people, including four members of the club, have tested positive for the virus.
Officials said 10 members of the group attended a gathering in a parking lot at Yeouido Hangang Park on June 15.
With contact tracing already underway, the KCDC said it is looking into the movements of all the club members and will announce related findings as soon as possible.
