The Asian Jungle exhibit at Seoul Grand Park Zoo will reopen to the public starting Saturday with special measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Seoul Grand Park will reopen its botanical garden and indoor sections of the zoo from Saturday on a limited basis.
The move is in line with the government's decision to ease its antivirus curbs this week and lower social distancing to Level 1 under its three-tier system.
Only outdoor spaces have remained open to visitors.
Park officials said Friday that the facilities will resume opertations from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with limits on the number of people allowed inside at one time.
Educational programs at the zoo will remain suspended for the time being.
