Coex in southern Seoul is again holding exhibitions and shows at the convention center.
The resumption on Wednesday comes after the government eased a ban on gatherings earlier this month amid a slowdown in infections.
Seventy-seven percent or 120 events Coex was scheduled to host this year were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Representatives said strict quarantine measures will be enforced at entrances, including temperature checks, and all visitors will have to wear plastic gloves, which will be provided.
