At least 189 coronavirus cases have been linked to an aerobics studio in Seoul's Gangseo District.
Local authorities reported on Monday that 13 additional infections were confirmed in connection to the cluster.
According to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, 21 of the cases were also tied to another cluster of infections at a convalescent hospital in the same district.
A person from the hospital reportedly visited the aerobics studio.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government's quarantine control officer Park Yoo-mi has urged all hospital workers citywide to refrain from visiting nightlife establishments and attending social gatherings after work to protect themselves and patients from catching COVID-19.
