A worker at the 120 Dasan Call Center tested positive for COVID-19 Tuesday.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government said callers could face delays as all call center personnel were sent home after getting screened.
Nearly 80 agents, around half of the average amount that are working at any given time, are said to be taking calls from home.
Officials said for the time being, locals with administrative inquiries are better off contacting the district office or community center in their area for help.
