World Cup Bridge, the 31st bridge along the Han River in Seoul, is set to open to traffic Wednesday.
Lanes will open at noon.
The bridge will connect the Seobu Highway and the Inner City Naebu Beltway.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government said Tuesday that an online ceremony to celebrate the occasion will be held at 11:30 a.m. on the city's official YouTube channel.
