Rally at Gwanghwamun Square
Heavy delays are expected across the capital today due to a number of large-scale rallies.
According to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, protestors calling for President Moon Jae-in to step down will come together around 11 a.m. in Gwanghwamun.
Nearby, some 10 organizations, including conservative groups, will gather and stage a march from 3 p.m. around central Seoul.
Later in the day at 5 p.m., a rally demanding an overhaul of the prosecution will open in front of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office near Seocho Station.
Traffic restrictions are expected to take effect in these areas.
