Kwon Jun-wook, Deputy Director of the KCDC
Health authorities have reiterated warnings that anyone could be infected with the novel coronavirus anywhere and anytime.
Kwon Jun-wook, Deputy Director of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said on Tuesday there is no longer a "safe place" from the virus.
During a daily press briefing he said wearing masks and keeping distance from others has become a part of our daily lives, stressing everyone must continue to focus on personal hygiene.
Kwon pointed out no country, including South Korea, seems to have made progress yet on a vaccine or treatment, adding all that can is prepare for a drawn-out outbreak.
