Seoul Institute of the Arts, located in Gyeonggi Province, has temporarily closed its campus after 14 students tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
University officials said Thursday two students had initially tested positive for the disease on Tuesday.
Their diagnosis prompted 750 staff and students to get tested, some 400 of which are still waiting to receive their results.
School officials said a student who is not currently enrolled in classes, also reported testing positive for COVID-19, but contracted the virus off-campus via a different route.
Health authorities have launched epidemiological surveys to try and determine how students were infected.
