South Korea's COVID-19 vaccination program opened up to adults aged 60 to 64 on Thursday.
People in this age group can make a reservation through the national vaccine registration website (ncvr.kdca.go.kr) until June 3.
Those who wish to get the shots can also sign up by calling the KDCA's 1339 hotline or by visiting a local community center.
Inoculations for this group will begin on June 7 for 12 days at hospitals and clinics nationwide.
The AstraZeneca vaccine will be administered, which requires two doses.
Daycare center workers and kindergarten, first grade, and second grade teachers are also eligible to make vaccine reservations from today.
