Seoul SK faces off against Ulsan Hyundai Mobis, opening the 2020-2021 season without fans on Oct. 9, 2020.
Pro basketball fans will soon be able to go to games.
The Korean Basketball League says it will start allowing spectators to watch matches from the stands Saturday.
But attendance will be capped at 20 percent capacity for the time being.
The move is in line with the government's decision to ease social distancing guidelines to Level 1.
Other preventative measures aimed at ensuring the safety of fans and players amid the coronavirus pandemic include spaced out seating, the mandatory wearing of masks and a ban on eating and drinking.
