South Korean veteran footballer Lee Dong-gook is set wrap-up an illustrious 23-year career.
His club, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, announced Monday that Lee will play his final match against Daegu FC on Sunday.
Ahead of the game, he will hold a retirement press conference Wednesday at Jeonju World Cup Stadium.
Lee, who is 41 years old, made his professional debut in 1998 with the Pohang Steelers and joined Jeonbuk 11 years later, leading the team to its first ever championship.
He has the most goals in K League history with 228 during a career 547 matches.
