Apple says it is closing all of its stores, corporate offices and contact centers in mainland China until February 9 due to the outbreak of a new coronavirus.
The company said in a statement Saturday, saying the decision was made "out of an abundance of caution and based on the latest advice from leading health
experts".
Apple also posted the announcement on its Chinese website.
But the American tech giant still plans to operate its online store.■
