A 2.5 magnitude earthquake rattled North Korea early Wednesday.
According to South Korea's meteorological agency, the tremor was detected around 3:28 a.m. 24 kilometers northeast of Sariwon, the capital of North Hwanghae Province.
A weather agency official said it was a natural quake.
