701 South Koreans were evacuated by two chartered planes last week.
The South Korean government is preparing to send another chartered flight to the Chinese city of Wuhan to bring back Korean nationals from the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak.
According to a government official, substantial progress has already been made in the talks with the Chinese government while the exact timing for the flight has yet to be finalized.
Some 200 Koreans including young children and pregnant women are still in Wuhan after about 700 South Koreans returned home on two government chartered flights last week.
The government plans to confirm further details of the mission once it's learnt how many Korean nationals wish to return to the country from the virus stricken city in China.■
