I sounds like a song from 3 Ninjas Kick Back, that is played when the three boys Rocky, Colt, and Tum-Tum are ridding in the limo with that Japanese woman across Tokyo to see there grandfather.

This is really puzzling me because if that is the song why would they have a Korean song in a scene that is in Japan??

I'm really curious now but I can't check until I go home at the end of the month because it is a VHS that my parents own.

Hey Tara, that is actually the song from that movie.  The group is called Seo Taiji and boys (서태지 와 아이들) and the song is Nan ara yo (난 아라요) which means I Know.
