A dry air alert has been issued for all of Seoul.
The advisory took effect at 11 a.m. Thursday.
The Korea Meteorological Administration urged caution amid increased risks of fire due to the dry conditions and windy spring weather.
Similar alerts were also issued for eight cities in the surrounding Gyeonggi Province, including Yongin, Osan, Anyang, and Gwacheon.
