France have won the World Cup for the second time in their history after beating Croatia 4-2 in an incredible final Sunday that featured goals from Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappe.
With more on this and other sports headlines, Ron Chang has this week's rundown.

In a match that had a bit of everything, Croatia's Mario Mandzukic scored the first ever own goal in a World Cup final to put France in front.
Ivan Perisic then equalized the game before Antoine Griezmann's penalty, with the aid of the video assistant referee, put France back in the lead.
Pogba and Mbappe both scored in the second half.
France join Uruguay and Argentina in winning the World Cup for a second time, after their 1998 triumph over Brazil.
The game will also be remembered as the highest-scoring World Cup final since England's win over West Germany in 1966, and for Mbappe becoming the youngest player to score in the final since Pele in 1958.
Shifting gears,
South Korean-born American Michael Kim made his long-awaited first U.S. PGA Tour triumph a record-breaker Sunday, winning the John Deere Classic by eight strokes with a final-round 66.
Kim finished with a 27-under total of 257, one stroke better than the previous tournament record set by Steve Stricker in 2010.
Kim also posted the tournament's largest margin of victory -- by four strokes -- since it moved to TPC Deere Run in 2000.
After the win, the 25-year old said he was really thankful to his parents, his team and coaches.
