The United States, South Africa and the European Union are temporarily suspending the rollout of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
The move comes after reports of rare blood clots.
The BBC's Gary O'Donoghue has more in this report.

Officials from the Food and Drug Administration said they were acting out of an abundance of caution.
Scientists on a key advisory committee in the U.S. will meet tomorrow to decide on the next steps.
While this is a setback for the country, which is making all over-18s eligible for a shot from next Monday, the J&J contribution is still relatively small, accounting for just 3 percent of the 190 million immunizations so far.
Johnson & Johnson responded to the announcement from the FDA by saying it would proactively halt distribution of its vaccine in Europe.
