South Korea has confirmed another novel coronavirus case, raising the total number of infections in the country to 28.
This after a fourth patient was recently discharged after making a full recovery from the virus.

According to local health authorities, a Chinese woman in her 30s who was under self-quarantine after coming into contact with South Korea's third confirmed patient tested positive for the novel coronavirus today.
The third patient, a resident of the Chinese city of Wuhan, returned home last month.
There are now 24 infected patients receiving treatment.
Yesterday, South Korea's 11th coronavirus patient was discharged from hospital after making a full recovery in just 10 days, marking the fastest recovery in the country.
Medical experts said the 25-year-old man was able to recover from the novel coronavirus faster than any other patients due to his young age and good health before contracting the virus.
The fact that he was confirmed at an early stage was also pointed as one of the factors for his fast recovery.
However, there is no vaccine that has been officially proven to cure patients yet.
An official from the National Medical Center told reporters today that doctors may use antiviral drugs at their own discretion when treating patients, adding they will soon release a recommendation on which medicines to use.
