airport officials are setting up open walking-thru COVID-19 testing facilities for people arriving at the Incheon International Airport
So-called walking-thru COVID-19 testing facilities have been set up just outside Incheon International Airport.
The testing stations are geared towards travelers from Europe and the United States.
They are expected to test up to 2,000 people daily.
An official at Seoul's safety ministry emphasized that people with novel coronavirus symptoms will be tested at sites set up indoors.
Special entry screening procedures for arrivals from Europe are already in place while similar measures for those coming from the U.S. are set to take effect Friday.■
