South Korea reported 153 new coronavirus infections Thursday, raising the total caseload to 22,657.
The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency confirmed 145 local infections and eight imported cases from the previous day.
There were also five more fatalities, bringing the death toll to 372.
The country's daily virus figures have been in the triple digits for over a month, due mainly to cluster outbreaks, including ones tied a church in northern Seoul and an anti-government rally held in the capital last month.
Although there have been signs of a slowdown in recent days, on the back of tougher social distancing measures, sporadic clusters and patients with unknown infection routes continue to be major sources of concern.
The total number of recovered coronavirus patients in the country reached 19,543, up 233 from Wednesday, with 2,742 people isolated for treatment.
