North Korea has reportedly fired off what appears to have been a ballistic missile early this morning.
Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff said the unidentified missile was launched from near North Korea's eastern coastal city of Wonson and flew in an easterly direction.
According to officials, President Moon Jae-in has been briefed on the situation and ordered an emergency meeting of the National Security Council to convene at 7:30 a.m. ■
