
South Korean women’s deaf curling team
South Korea has captured its first ever Winter Deaflympics medal in Italy.
The national women's deaf curling team took home bronze after beating Croatia 13-7 Friday in Madesimo.
South Korea first competed in the Deaflympics in Russia four years ago.
This year, a total of 50 athletes took part in four sports, including alpine skiing and snowboarding.■
