Various events are taking place throughout Seoul in celebration of the Lunar New Year's Day.
The Bukchon Traditional Culture Center is hosting various programs where visitors can try making kites, rice cakes and wooden tops.
The Seoul Museum of History is also holding an event to welcome the New Year from noon tomorrow.
Visitors can enjoy traditional performances and music including samulnori, ganggangsulae and pansori, and take part in traditional plays as well.■
