Local multiplex cinema chain CGV says it will temporarily close from tomorrow all of its theaters across Daegu, which has been hit hard by an outbreak of the new coronavirus.
CGV said the decision was made for health and safety of moviegoers as well as employees.
A decision has yet to be made when the theaters will reopen.
CGV currently operates nine theaters in the southeastern city.■
