The Vienna Philharmonic has canceled a performance set to be held next month in Seoul due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The world-renowned orchestra was scheduled to play on November 3 at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
Organizers announced Tuesday the event was called off due to virus risks and South Korea's mandatory 14-day quarantine for all overseas arrivals.
They apologized for the cancelation and said the classical music ensemble plans to reschedule its visit later.
