The South Korean men's baseball team has its sights set on a second straight Olympic gold medal.
South Korea will take on archrival Japan Wednesday in the semifinal at the Tokyo Games.
Play is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Yokohama Stadium, south of Tokyo.
South Korea topped the podium in baseball at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, but the sport was dropped for two Summer Games afterwards.
Under a double elimination format, the loser of tonight's game will still be alive.
The losing team will play in a repechage game, with the winner reaching the final.
