South Korea added a bronze medal Sunday at the Tokyo Paralympics.

Judoka Choi Gwang-geun beat Yordani Fernandez Sastre of Cuba in the bronze medal match for the men's over 100 kilograms.

His win marked South Korea's second in judo and ninth medal at the Games, which will continue until September 5.

Heading into the second week of competition, South Korea is in 19th place overall.

China leads the medal count with a total of 104, followed by Great Britain with 60 and the Russian Paralympic Committee with 52.
