Major Korean broadcaster SBS has shut down its offices and studios in Seoul's Mapo District after it was confirmed a person who works in the same building tested positive for COVID-19.
The broadcaster revealed on Thursday that a teacher at a day care center within its SBS Prism Tower had been diagnosed with the new coronavirus.
The building, located in the Sangam-dong neighborhood, will be sealed off through Friday.
Meanwhile, SBS said all of its radio and television shows are airing without disruption as programs are transmitted through its headquarters in Mok-dong in western Seoul.
