More Korean nationals have returned home from India to escape a devastating second wave of COVID-19 battering the South Asian country.
The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency said a non-scheduled Asiana Airlines flight landed at Incheon International Airport on Wednesday morning.
All 182 passengers were transferred to a temporary living facility where they will stay for the next seven days for monitoring, even if they test negative for the coronavirus.
The group will then be allowed to go home or transferred to another facility to carry out the rest of their mandatory 14-day quarantine.
A total of 722 Korean citizens have now been repatriated from India on four non-regular flights, with more scheduled for later this month.
