Sporadic showers are in the forecast this evening in some areas, including eastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo and the inland regions of Chungcheong, Jeolla and Gyeongsang provinces.
Up to 40 millimeters of rain is expected through late tonight.
Hot and humid conditions will continue on Thursday, with more torrential downpours in store.
