People who have yet to be vaccinated against COVID-19 can register online to get the shot beginning at 8 p.m. Monday.

The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency said those who haven't gotten any shots can make a reservation through the national vaccine registration website (ncvr.kdca.go.kr).

Currently, people who wish to receive vaccine shots for the first time can do so by contacting medical institutions to get on a waiting list or through a day-of social media reservation system via the portal site Naver and Kakao messenger.

As of Sunday, 91.3 percent of adults aged 18 and up have been fully vaccinated, according to the KDCA.

For the entire population, the rate stands at 79.9 percent.

Meanwhile, 82.8 percent of the population had received at least one vaccine dose.
