Police have raided the offices of the Korea Aerospace Industries on separate corruption allegations involving some of its employees.
South Gyeongsang police searched the division in charge of factory construction and accounting at company headquarters in Sacheon, after they found evidence that two managers received kickbacks from subcontractors in exchange for business favors.
Today's raid is separate from an ongoing investigation into allegations that some of KAI's top officials manipulated expenses for defense projects to gain illicit profits.■
