A Korean Air flight heading to Jeju Island this morning was forced to turn back midway due to an engine problem.
According to police, the Korean Air plane took off from Gimpo Airport at 7:34 a.m. but made an emergency return 30 minutes later.
A total of 188 passengers were on board but no one was injured.
The country's flagship carrier is said to be looking into the cause of the accident.■
