A fire broke out at Seoul's Chungmuro station has left the subway trains to pass non-stop.
According to local fire authorities, the blaze started from the escalator inside the station just after 4 p.m. and was put off within 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported but subway lines three and four are not stopping at the station, due to the smoke.
Seoul Metro official said the train operations will be normalized as soon as follow-up measures are completed.■
