Yeouido Hangang Park
The Seoul Metropolitan Government says it will shut down heavily visited areas of Han River parks from 2 p.m. Tuesday to control the spread of COVID-19.
The restricted areas include the event plaza at Yeouido Hangang Park, the area around the J-Bug culture complex at Ttukseom and picnic areas at Banpo Hangang Park.
Seoul officials said 28 convenience stores and seven cafes at riverside parks across the capital have also agreed to close at 9 p.m.
Additionally, 43 parkling lots at 11 parks will be sealed off to the public.
