A temporary coronavirus screening clinic is set up near the Namdaemun Market in central Seoul.
Novel coronavirus infections have spread from a shopping arcade at the Namdaemun Market in Seoul to another nearby mall.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government revealed on Tuesday that a vendor at the Joongang Complex had tested positive for COVID-19 the previous day.
The vendor is believed to have contracted the disease while having dinner with one of the eight merchants who were infected with the virus at the Kennedy Complex at the end of last month.
The Joongang Complex consists of three buildings and the latest infected vendor is said to work in one of the buildings which houses over 560 dealers.
Health authorities are advising people with virus-like symptoms who visited the Joongang Complex during the past week to get tested.
